LABORATORY SERVICES

Incubation center (NEHU, Tura campus) understands the importance of analytical testing to research and business sectors performance and their sustainability. The highly sophisticated laboratories for food quality control and analytical testing are present in the incubation center. The laboratories like food engineering lab (FEL), food quality control lab (FQCL), advance research lab (ARL), food microbiology lab (FML) and heat treatment lab (HTL) deals with the analysis of wide variety of food materials. The majorly focused area of analysis are as follows:

  • Proximate analysis

  • Micro-molecular analysis with HPLC, PCR, Encapsulator etc.

  • Phytochemical analysis

  • Water analysis

  • Fats and oil analysis

  • Spices analysis
